About the Author

Award winning author Sharla Wylde has been daydreaming about fantasy worlds forever. After sneaking a romance novel at age fourteen, she fell in love (especially the X rated parts) and never looked back. Penning short stories was a way to relieve boredom and entertain close friends.

Born in Wisconsin and raised in small towns in the mid-west, Sharla now lives in Texas with her family and three dogs who are all supportive of her writing. Writing, reading, watching movies, gardening, and playing ball with the dogs are high priorities. She enjoys traveling and tries to visit a new destination every year, but a reading marathon about sexy hunks while either sitting on a beautiful beach or cruising the Caribbean is the THE BEST EVER ideal downtime.

Sharla is a member of Romance Writers of America (RWA), Passionate Ink (Erotic Romance online chapter), and Fantasy, Futuristic, and Paranormal Romance Authors (FF&P). Sharla writes erotic, dark urban fantasy, reverse harem, and romantic suspense—some a little bit wylde (steamy) and others a whole lot wylde (erotic).
